2. Order Processing Time
- As Little Custom Baby specializes in customized baby apparel and toys, all items are made to order. The standard production timeframe is estimated at 1–5 business days. However, in most cases, orders are completed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may take longer.
- If your order is time-sensitive (for example, a birthday gift that needs to arrive before the child’s birthday), please contact us before placing the order. We will provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
3. Shipping Method and Delivery Commitment
- As most of our customized products are intended as gifts for friends and family, we commit to shipping all orders via express courier services, and in certain cases, utilizing premium expedited services from carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS. While this commitment may increase our shipping costs, it significantly reduces customer waiting time and enhances the overall quality of our service.
4. Shipping Times & Costs
- Estimated delivery time:
United States: 5–10 business days
United Kingdom/ Ireland: 3–7 business days
Canada/ Australia: 5-7 business days
Germany/ France/ Italy/ Switzerland: 5–7 business days - Shipping rates are displayed at checkout.

4. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.
- Custom duties will be covered by Little Custom Baby and are not included in the item price or shipping fees. Any other taxes or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Delivery Issues
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other factors beyond our control.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Package Returned
Little Custom Baby is not responsible for packages that are returned due to being uncollected at a pickup point or due to delivery failures caused by an incorrect shipping address. Please ensure that you provide the correct address when placing your order so that the delivery company can deliver your package accurately.
We will notify you by email or other contact methods when your package arrives at a pickup point or if a delivery attempt fails. However, if the package is returned because timely action was not taken by the customer after these notifications, Little Custom Baby cannot be held responsible, the customer is responsible for redelivery costs.
