Thank you for shopping with Little Custom Baby. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and our practices regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Note for customer:
As Little Custom Baby specializes in customized baby apparel and toys, all items are made to order, we generally do not offer returns or refunds. Exceptions are made only in the following circumstances:
- Damaged Products – including, but not limited to, damage caused by crushing, tearing, or staining that renders the product unusable.
- Incorrect Product Specifications – such as discrepancies in color, size, or other ordered specifications.
- Errors in Customization – including mistakes in personalized names, embroidery thread colors, embroidered or engraved designs.
For the above issues, we kindly ask you report them to us within 48 hours of delivery. Simply email us at support@littlecustombaby.com with a description and photos of the item, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
1. Returns Eligibility
- Items that comply with our Return Policy must be returned within 14 days of delivery (for EU/UK customers, this is your statutory “cooling-off” period).
- Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., underwear) cannot be returned unless defective.
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and details.
We will provide instructions for returning your item.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary by bank/payment provider).
- Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded (unless defective):
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Gift cards.
- Final sale items.
- Underwear or other hygiene-sensitive products.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
7. International Returns
For customers outside the United States, international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
8. Lost Package
For packages that show as delivered in tracking but are claimed as not received, Little Custom Baby cannot be held responsible.
We recommend that you first check with your local post office, as they may be able to locate your package. If you are still unable to resolve the issue, please feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
9. Package Returned
Little Custom Baby is not responsible for packages that are returned due to being uncollected at a pickup point or due to delivery failures caused by an incorrect shipping address. Please ensure that you provide the correct address when placing your order so that the delivery company can deliver your package accurately.
We will notify you by email or other contact methods when your package arrives at a pickup point or if a delivery attempt fails. However, if the package is returned because timely action was not taken by the customer after these notifications, Little Custom Baby cannot be held responsible.
